It was decided that RageSquid should be made the new acting co-mayor of Hayfever Hills indefinitely.<br /> <br /> <br /> ===Co-mayor Appointment Process===<br /> The council decided that co-mayors may be appointed in between council meetings, if the mayor creates a new topic announcing who they would like to appoint and why. The announcement must also then be made at the next council meeting, where/when council members are allowed to veto with an explanation.<br /> <br /> <br /> ===Christmas Town / Organizing Server Events===<br /> BigBuilderAl proposed building a Christmas Town for an event around the winter holidays, which was warmly received. Al also brought up that some events in the past have been slightly rushed due to late starts, and the council agreed that events should be planned/raised to the council roughly a month in advance at the latest, to ensure a high quality, polished result!<br /> <br /> <br /> ===Forest Hills Mayoral Replacement===<br /> Although GrimTent agreed to act as Forest Hills Mayor in DannyC and Memery's absence, he too is now inactive (at the time of the meeting, !lastseen in early September). No decision was made in today's meeting, but a thread has been made where players can apply for the role of acting mayor here: [https://zedwork.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&amp;t=1832]<br /> <br /> <br /> ===Market Maintenance===<br /> Dax brought up the fact that there are many chests in the market area that are either empty, inactive, or owned by inactive/banned players, leaving little room for currently active members to set up shop. The council agreed that after 1 month of being empty, (or owned by a banned player) a chest may be removed to make way for a new one. Chests may also be removed after 3 months of inactivity (nothing bought or restocked).
