===Outdated spawn hub building===
Memery brought up that the spawn hub overworld building
was to small and not interesting. He wanted it to be remade into something bigger and more noticeable
Memery wants it to at least be labeled better. It was voted down 6v4.

===Using other peoples villagers===
Memery mentioned that he didn't like it when players was using other player
villagers. He considered it stealing as he (and others) put down lots of work gathering all the villagers and the players using them without permission aren't.
It was suggested it should be a server rule but Dax23333 (and others) said it fell under the
"No Trespassing" rule of the server and as long as it was enforced, it wouldn't be a problem. Nothing was decided but it was suggested that people take care to report these events whenever they happen.

===1.10 snapshot===
Memery wanted Zedwick to set up a warp in the nether in order to travel to some of the
undiscovered chunks so the new blocks could be found. Most said that it wasn't
necessary because the blocks where craftable and Zedwick asked that we postponed
this discussion until the 1.10 release is near. It was also brought up that such a warp would make the effort lots of players put down in creating a Border to Border roads wasted.

===Changing the council constitution to make it more controlled and efficient===
OK this is a big one, so Danny wanted to change the council into a more controlled form. reduce
the members down to 12, reduce the number of strikes a member can receive before they are removed from office to 3 strikes, to have secret votes for new members rather than public ones
and the ability to abstain when voting for new members. The council decided to keep the 20 member rule and
reduce strikes to 3 before letting members go. Also the council
decided to try a new voting system for voting in new players. The members
send a message in private chat to the host who then reveals all the nominated.
The members then vote (in secret) on their choice by messaging the host. The host tallies it up and
announces the results. Should it be a tie, no new member. It worked out fine and I think we will use it again next meeting.

===Removing people from the council===
Lilweep wanted a system for voting out players
from the council when it was full, it was voted down.

===Expanded border===
Etho wondered if the borders would be expanded as new content was added. Zed said, yes likely.
Soon, later or somewhere in between (to be determined).

===Log machine in beginner Hotel===
DarthDuck84 expressed his concerns on the non-functioning
machine in the beginners hotel and wanted it to be upgraded. He wants it to be able to
accept Iron or Wood and to sort it out and send the right payment back to the users. Players seemed to be able to help and
had several ideas for him. Please give him a hand if you are a experienced red stone user or have done something similar before.

===Cryptwars has a new update===
Dax23333 announced that there was a new update for it and wanted

PurpleTurtle42 announced his new shop where orders for elytra launchers
can be made. the location is undetermined as of right now.
