EmpressBethany was unfortunately beset by migraines and was unable to host, but acer stepped in and opened their super-swanky meeting place for us to invade!
==Topics==
===South Border Tunnel expansion - Aravero===
Ara was concerned that a the south border tunnel, when expanded, might collide with a blaze farm that may cross its path (not a certainty, but a possibility). 
The council were not sure whose it was, and Zed is to investigate to see if he can identify its owner and get in contact with them. 
Are you the owner of a blaze farm thinking 'hey, I wonder if that's me?' Go bug your friendly neighbourhood guardian about it! 

 
 
=== Thoughts on the Build-Off - LadyBountiful===
Last Sunday the Easter Build-Off took place and got a very positive response from those who participated. 
So good news for all, the next build-off will be happening on May 28th! 4pm-9pm BST, theme to be announced 
HOMINIX requested that they used the requestnotice feature as a way to advertise this a little more, which they said would happen 
Ara asked if there was a way to view the builds following the results, or get pictures taken for the results forum thread - it was announced plans were in the works for having a video available 
 
 
=== Announcement - Zedwick ===
Hearing all these positive vibes from LadyBountiful's topic, Zed became as green with envy as his nametag and suddenly announced a zestygame called Pocket BuildOff!
Like a Build-Off, except instead of five hours you get three minutes! After the build phase players vote for the other builds, highest votes win.
While there was general elation at a new zesty game there was some hesitation that three minutes would perhaps be too short a window.
Zed explained he will be receptive of any and all feedback when the game is ready for public scrutiny, which should hopefully be in the next few weeks - watch this space!
 
 
=== UHC - Zedwick ===
The second UHC, TwoHC, also took place last weekend and saw Memery the Bold unthrone Skeleton the Sneaky as reigning UHC champion.
The US side of LVS requested that the next UHC (UHThree?) start two hours later, so that they didn't have to wake up so early to get defeated. 
After much discussion and a vote on when the next battle should take place, UH3 has been slated to begin at 6pm BST on May 14th! 
 
===Interlude===
Memery was to make an announcement and kept us in GREAT suspense but then revealed due to technical difficulties the announcement was to be announced at a later date. It was the most succint topic of the evening 
Then Zed wondered whether the UHC should take place on May 7th instead of the 14th - I think a vote was attempted here but in all honesty I was watching the witness stand who had made an adorable mini-track and were all pushing eachother along on minecarts. In any event, the UHC remained scheduled for the 14th. 
 
 
===Emeralds IV: A New Hope - PulsaterII===
The now four-week campaign by Pulse to get people buying/selling in emeralds appears to have stagnated after discovering that Blutopians also buy/sell in emeralds. He asked the council what their suggestion would be - as before, the council invites all players to sell in whatever currency they wish, and recommended he approach sellers directly about this. Are you a seller in the market who would like to learn more about the apparent virtues of emeralds? Speak to PulsaterII! 
 
===Warp Requests - PulsaterII===
Having shown off the impressive Castle Zedwork and its village at the last meeting, Pulse asked if it could have a warp. Zed passed on the suggestion that Pulse run an event, much like blutopia did, that warrantied their temporary event-related warp. The same question was asked of Farmount, with the same answer given. Here's hoping we'll hear more news of an event from Pulsater soon! 
 
===Nether Hub Tunnel - PulsaterII===
The tunnel between Hayfever Hills/Spawn is incomplete. While HH apparently does link to spawn vicariously through another hub, this issue is known to the council and they will work to resolve it. 
 
 
===Minitopics - drbwen===
These were several short question/answer topics that required almost no further discussion, such was the immediacy with which he was happy to move to the next topic. 
 
-Can a new command, '!deathcoord', be made to assist with people finding their stuff? Zedwick wasn't sure it was feasibly possible, and then went off on a tangeant, revealing his dream of having a handy squirrel to sit on his shoulder and do his bidding. 
 
-Autodeath that happens in mob farms is a bit of a pain when you're wanting to go on a skeleton murderspree. Can it be removed? Not really, it makes a limit to the number of mobs in one block, to try and reduce lag and encourage a player's active use of a farm. You want to murder skellies? Gotta do it the old fashioned elbow grease-y way 
 
-Is there something that can be done with portals not linking properly? === Announcement - HOMINIX ===
The rule change in Blutopia that was announced two weeks ago comes into effect today, and now reads:
“If builds with incomplete exteriors are left un-modified for over 2 months, Zriends will now be able to remove '''OR alter''' existing builds.” (change in bold) 
This allows any promising builds that are half-finished to be allowed their true potential. That said they will give plenty of warning on the plot and contact the player if they are seen online well in advance.
