ABParadigm was confused whether they could start up another shop or not, as they are a partner of EB1 (One227 and EmpressBethany). The current rules allow AB to set up another shop, as it is 1 shop plot per player, but the shop owner can have “partners/employees” if they want.

This also brought on discussion about the shop inactivity rule that was discussed on 21/01/17. We talked about solutions which would set this rule in stone, as it was never voted for (as far as the notes say).

We '''PASSED''' a vote on: '''The inactivity rule for shops is applied if the shop owner is inactive for 3 months or more. When the inactivity comes into question, they are given a warning, which lasts 2 weeks. After those 2 weeks, their store can be taken down. All items which belong to the player will be stored safely.'''

This ruling ran into problems however. We discussed what would happen if a co-operative shop was hit with this inactivity rule. (An Example being One227 and EmpressBethany’s EB1 shop) We spoke about this for a long long time, and eventually decided its best we leave it for another meeting, and raise it on the forums for more viewpoints to be heard.

Another vote was '''PASSED''' which states: '''Players are required to have their name on their shop. The name can be shortened if need be. Blues should keep full player IGN documented, for if problems arise.''' 

===Chat Behavior and Rule Clarification: Zedwick===
We all understand that some people interpret some things said in chat in different ways. Ultimately, it’s a co-operative effort between Guardians and Zedlings to make sure everyone is comfortable when playing on Zedwork. One player may be entirely happy talking about a certain subject, whereas another may not be as easy when talking about it. We all need to respect others wishes when it comes to what we say in chat.

Zed and Lady are considering adding messages (similar to the info broadcasts get often get) which would only be sent to non-Zedlings. This will allow for non-Zeldings to understand what is generally expected of them early on. If you have clever ideas for messages, please PM them to Zedwick on the forums!
