Evidently the universe felt we had had too long a spree of meetings being hosted by the person they were intended to be, but luckily iij was on-hand to host us at his open-air meeting hall. Luckily the safetycat ABP (?) brought at the last meeting was still present to ward off the murderbats

=== Updates! ===
It's coming! 1.16 is the big nether update, with a huge amount of addition to the game. Much hype to be had. It is currently on pre-release 5. We're not sure how many prereleases there will be, but Zed currently figures we're 2-4 weeks away from the full release. 
It involves big changes to world gen, which could mean world-destroying bugs for a place as old as ours. That means we'll be waiting a few days after the release to make sure 1.16 is stable enough to not cause us big problems on update. Anyone who remembers the 1.13 update knows that slow and steady wins the race. 
 
Once we do update, '''EVERYTHING in the nether beyond 3k will IMMEDIATELY reset.''' If you travel beyond 3k, DO NOT log out there. Anything you have out there that you want to keep, now's the time to retrieve it. 
 
To that end, Zed has been reaching out to those with builds beyond 3k. They have been understanding that this reset is crucial to helping everyone on the server access all the new stuff 1.16 has to offer, but we don't want these players to lose their hard work. Zed appealed for any volunteers to help transfer these builds to within 3k, so they are not lost. Unsurprisingly many people immediately agreed to help! Go team. 

Zed is going to get a forum thread going of who needs help and where so we can all get down to business relocating them to the safety zone. If anyone beyond 3k needs help, your server's here to sort it out. :D 
 
===Happenings!===
Dyerj123 has created a squid farm that is now open to the public! It's in the east border tunnel at around 2300. iij vouches for its effectiveness, so go take an inky peek. There's also a Jacuzzi...? Unclear if that's for the humans or the squid; you'll hafeta go find out. 
 
Khas, having gained the appropriate planning permission and stamped the forms in triplicate, us gallantly using his mayoral powers to straighten up the town sign in Forest Hills. Anyone who has been reading it with a crooked neck will soon save money on their chiropractors. 
 
Keeping the spree of Wednesday events alive, iij tossed his hat in the ring to sort LVS's event this week. He's been working on a spleef minigame with a regenerating floor. You keep the cobble you mine, and the winner gets a prize. It'll be happening this Wednesday at 8pm BST! 
 
Dax and Zed have been rummaging in the old Zestygames 'to do' list and brought back '''ZvZ'''; a deathmatch kit pvp with a healthy sense of chaos. We were all invited to have a go testing after the meeting.
