| − | As many people have noticed LVS has been experiencing frequent crashes, multiple times a day and every day. Zedwick had not noticed this yet, and as everyone was busy delving through log files to find an example for Zedwick the server obligingly decided to crash to demonstrate the problem. Zedwick attempted a fix during the meeting - time will tell if it has worked!

| − | Zedwick has a proposal to change the voting regulations to improve them. This would require any potential votes needing to be brought up/debated in one meeting, then sent to the pre-agenda for the next meeting to let everyone know there will be a vote they might want to have a say on. This would avoid sudden changes in regulations for the council without due debate and participation. To practice what we preach, this will be discussed next week. This would also raise the possibility of votes given for topics on the forum even if somebody cannot make the meeting.
