Memery was set up to host, and after a worrying five minutes where Zed was here before Mem, Mem joined and proved everyone wrong that expected him to host in blutopia. Who would have guessed he would host at Savannah?

Hayfever Mayoral Election - Memery
Per the last couple meetings, candidates who wished to run for mayor of Hayfever Hills said so in the corresponding forums post. There was a debate on whether an election was needed, given there was only one candidate, ABParadigm, who was officially declared mayor after the regulation, detailed below, which has been given its own topic.
Election Regulations - Memery
Fallout from the previous topic, as there was only one endorsed candidate in the Hayfever Hills election; there was discussion on whether an election was necessary or not. This became a vote, which was:
Amend the regulation 13 now, or don't.
Motion passed, and regulation 13 will be amended to: When a mayor position becomes vacant in a warp town, a forum post is made allowing people to express their interest in running for the position. Council will endorse candidates from this list, and then a forum poll will be created to determine the winner, unless only 1 candidate is in the running, in which there is no need. In the interim, a caretaker will be appointed to maintain the warp and field player queries. Further detail available on Warp Mayor Page.
