Swamp Farewell Party (Dax)

As Swamp Warp (best warp) is being retired to nether hub only imminently I will be hosting one last event at the warp.

It will be a variant of the build off idea, with everyone working on the same plot! However, you will all have different themes...

We will be using a communal storage for building materials to keep it fair for people who don't have as much stuff. There is a small stonebrick building on the opposite shore to the warp, over the wooden bridge. This is the event building, and is labelled as such. Please leave any materials you wish to donate for the event in here.

Judging will be done after the event, and done by players who could not make it on the day. This is to keep it unbiased and fair. The provisional date for this event (barring any savannah warp catastrophes) is next weekend, so Saturday the 16th of April.

I will be making an event post for this very shortly describing more details, specific rules, my iron fist and so on.

Outer End Island Reset (Hominix)

The Council asked Zedwick how the end island reset was coming along. He said it was a low priority at the moment.

It was decided to have a vote on whether this should move up in Zed's priority list.

Eventually, after much bickering, it was voted 9-6 to make it a high priority.

Elytra Nether Tunnel Concept (Dax)

I have been making a giant tunnel from my main base's nether hub to that of my outer base. It is still a work in progress and more of a test of the concept than anything else.

The idea was not very well received, with problems like having to work around them for hubs, going over lava and avoiding spaghetti tunnels around the hub pointed out.

It was decided to see how the concept design works out before using them more widely in for example the nether hub.

LVS Museum (lilweeph)

There are a lot of historical items around the server, ranging from early council notes, old advent items and even a genuine speaking stick from the olden days of council.

It was suggested that we start a museum to store and display artefacts of Zedworks past.

We decided it must be in a protected area to prevent grief of the museum.

It would be necessary to gather up some exhibits before building the museum, in order to asses the amount of space we need.

Ender Ender Sorter (Dax)

I've fixed it properly this time, it will only throw out ender pearls and keep other items for collection in case you die in the farm. The new system has the item collection chest near the enchanting table adjacent to where the endermen land. It is labelled as such.

DO NOT junk it up with useless things, this will clog the farm and if it gets full completely stop it disposing of ender pearls.

A trash bin was suggested, and I will add one of these to the farm.

Crypt Wars Update (Dax)

Crypt Wars now has sounds! And more fixes too. I tested it after the meeting and it went very well, with very few bugs at all. I would host it if asked in this state, but it still isn't finished, there are many balance/fun issues to address.

Mayor Updates

Hominix has chosen Pettmol and Dax23333 as Co mayors of Savannah Springs.

The point was raised of this meaning Dax would be mayor of 2 warp towns, but because Swamp is going to be removed from the warp pad when savannah opens this will not be the case, and is therefore ok.

Swamp warp is being removed from the warp pad. But don't fret! It's only a short hub tunnel away to get to the mighty town, which won't be going anywhere.
