Zen Report

We began this topic with a boat load of up coming changes.

A whole boat, in fact, to be built by Dogzack on the river between the "Nether Tree" and Farm Tower.

Dogz' fellow Zedkins wholeheartedly agreed - Mellori even stopping to say "C’est n’importe quoi!" - and immediately stepped up to vote in his favor. Unfortunately, regulations decree that the idea be given some explanation before votes may be had, so we spent a few minutes going over the designs he had in mind.

Treis put forth that it shouldn't have a sail, and everyone agreed - Sale boats belong in the shopping district.

Next up we discussed the pier - a topic that has been going around for quite a few meetings now.

We agreed that it was in a adequate state for the "Ship Shops" to start being built upon it, and spent a few moments discussing the regulations for such builds, which can be found on the Zen Wiki Page.

Well, I say we agreed - ABP and Sneaky were rather preoccupied in a fish slap fight at the time.

That wasn't a set-up to a joke.

Shops were a common theme for that night, as we went on to discuss the upcoming District 3 that Wolf "volunteered" to build a style guide for.

He requested some clarification on the theme - which is Georgian Colonial - and limitations, which we discussed for a while, and will also be found on the Zen Wiki Page in the near future.

The final shop discussion was about DSRE's shop which was unclaimed last meeting.

Mellori sensed an opportunity and decided to request for that plot.

When asked why afterwards, he shrugged and said "It's free real estate."

Someone now owes Mell a cobble, so that he can put it in the Second's picture to stop people searching endlessly.

New Venues

The next topic brought up suggested that the Zedkin's meetings be held at different locations in the future, akin to what those nerds do over on Lvs <3.

After some back and forth, we agreed that it would be interesting to see new locations, but wished to not abandon the Zedkin Hall that's been our meeting place since the Zedkin's were started, but for a few trips to Rio and such.

New locations for a meeting will be up for vote at the meeting before, with at least every other meeting being at the Zedkin Hall.

These locations must be:

+Safe

+Accessible

+Containing of Cobble

Maybe not the last one, but it'd certainly swing Mell's vote :3

Zed's Announcements

Books! As you may have seen on the forums, Zed has been hard at work - heh, hard coding - updating the Library plug-in!

Now you may see all available books - such as the rule book and claiming land book received when first joining - by using the command:

/library

Akin to this change, you can now read written books placed in item frames by right clicking on them, regardless of trust!

Zed suggests this will be of great help to any mini-game esque builds, or even for more common use.

Some wonderful new additions to the server.

Build-off 27th of May

4pm to 9pm BST

We all had a wonderful time in the build-off with the interesting theme of "Time Machines".

There were many unique builds and even a bug or two squashed.

UHC 10th of June

6pm BST

Dungeon Dash

Has seen some updates, be sure to check them out!

The writer of these Seconds would like to apologize for their delay, as he was detained by a bar and twelve miscellaneous objects.

Make of that what you will.

Bonjour!
