[LVS] Council Pre-Meeting Agenda (16/11/2019)

Notes have been posted!

My view on the discussions are much simpler:

Host: A person who picks the location for the meeting, this can be offered to a new member so they have a chance to build a nice location for a meeting.

Chair: A person who volunteers to run the meeting, they can work with the host to organise the pre-agenda. Any council member can be host if they have served a minimum term of 2 months on the council.

Easy Peasy.

Also, I would like to apologise as I will be unable to make this coming meeting!

Just read through the notes. Didn't Aravero place a long term apology due to IRL relocation and not sufficient Internet?

Other than that, great job on the wording of the notes. The chart with the old and new wordings was very easy to read

I really hate to do this again, but I might not make it to the meeting today either. There is a small chance I can make it, but I figured I'd post an apology just in case.

Can't wait to finally have a meeting with y'all next time hopefully tho!
