What you did was grief part of a structure built by a previous player, which seemed to be a fence structure for a pathway, this occurrence of your grief happened at coords: x=22 y=64 z=291. as per server rules for zedwork, griefing is not tolerated.

The method used to destroy this structure was via TnT-minecarts.
