I got banned for no reason

My friend told me I can take from the chest so I did and immediately got banned

We don't "ban players for no reason", though we occasionally get it wrong.
A couple of months ago, you took from a chest that was not yours.
You do not say in your post, who your friend was who gave you permission. I need a bit more information before I can consider removing the ban. LB

Well I only know part of my friends name but I think I know what it is and if I can play again I promise not to grief or steal. My friends name is dogs2610 I think that's her name.
