Old man Hyl's fishing contest(s)!

Hello Zedlings!

As many of you are already aware, occasionally I like to hold a fishing contest on the server for some fun. With the addition of the new fish plugin they have become much easier to judge, and more fun if I do say so myself. Due to the new ease, and increased fun, I would like to start running them more often, and in different locations! This is where you come in!

Have a favorite fishing hole, or region you want considered for a fishing contest? Let me know
I will list them here after you post a response with the details. I will then come back to this post when I am going to run one, and grab a candidate. In your post please include any data relevant to the location, region name, directions, coordinates etc.

It should be great fun taking a tour of Zedwork int he fishing contest

I will also be taking other suggestions for, special rules, ideas for further contests, and the like. I already have many, many ideas for interesting contests. See you folks out there!

It's been a while since anybody has visited Port town in ore. There is a sizable seafront to fish off of, and plenty of water too.

Directions:
- /visitregion ore
- follow the stone brick path under the arches and towards the floating cake.
- you will see the town and my ship when you get there

I hope that Port town might suffice for a competition

Hi everyone!

I like the idea Hyl, I had a blast at the last contest. I feel it is a good platform for players to get together for an occasion.... something that doesn't happen enough imo. I guess Splinterstone docks could host a contest sometime...it's a dock....it has lots of sea....and .....fish...

Hit up zedville post and follow the path. The docks are on your left.

....if only there was a ship wreck to fish off of.....hmmm
