Ban appeal for Mods

Hi, I have been looking for a decent Minecraft server like this forever and unfortunately, I had never uninstalled my fly mod. When i logged into the server i was unaware that I had it activated. I have uninstalled all mods and done a force update and would really appreciate to be unbanned! I am terribly sorry for breqaking a rule; however, i was not trying to gain an advantage as it was an accident and i will not use any modifications or "hacks" if I get the chance to rejoin the server. I hope dearly that you take my appeal into consideration.
