Serpes Amusement Park

I have recently started a journey to the coordinates X -100000 z -60000. this is for two reasons. First, Minecraft 1.6 is being released on July 1st and if I am there I can invite players to come, and then they can explore and find the new features of 1.6 (Horses)! Secondly, I plan to claim land in the new are and begin work on the Serpes Amusement Park, where all Zedworkians can come and hang out and play Minecraft games like King of the Ladder and Spleef. I plan to do most of the work, but I am looking for investors who will provide supplies for me to build the park. I will repay the investors when the park opens and revenue starts coming in. Please leave your name, region, and perhaps a description and the location of your house if you live near alot of other people.

*Also, some of the games will require PVP to be on. Will these only be playable at night, or is there some way I can turn it on at day?

I continued traveling, and while exploring a new continent I came across two plains biomes. I logged out and I do not plan to return to the server until 1.6 is released (July 1). This will come with the possibility of horses, but i will not be able to plan with any investors as soon, but still please leave your information in the replies and i will get you a list of wanted materials as soon as possible. Also please leave suggestions for games in the replies.

Hey Clark.
1.6 will be released the 1st of July, but that does not mean that the server will have 1.6 by then. It can take anywhere from a few hours, to a couple of weeks, until everything is in place and the server is ready to be updated

Ok, I did not know that, but thank you. I'll wait until i just have to play on the server again so that there is a chance of horses

Remember that you can easily play without having to worry about losing your progression towards the 100000 mark. You can "/sethome" in your house, and "/movein" at whatever region posts you find on your way to 1.6. That way you can return to your home with "/home" and to the region post with "/homeregion"

I do, and did not really think of it at the time, but there isn't really anything else i was planning on zedwork anyway and I just downloaded Thaumcraft so my minecraft is now taken up by that anyway.
