Book shop

Hi guys, I'm thinking about opening a book shop in our region, Nikpmup. It will sell enchanted and written books and writing supplies (feathers, ink, etc.). I've heard that the chest shop system won't work for written books, but they are going to make up the major part of my shop, as I am quite a keen writer. Has anyone got an idea of how I could set up an automated written book shop?

Hey Overskill,

Indeed, you can't sell enchanted books and enchanted items via the chest-system. There are tutorials on youtube on how to make a trade system in which you can, for example, throw a diamond and which will give you some book in return. I think it would be quite some work to make such a system for all different items, but you could do it for your written book maybe?
Btw, as you might know, atm you can't copy written books, but in 1.7 you can !
