Removing an eye sore...

hey guys! this is a question that is troubling me, and i would love it if an admin/person of higher power than myself could help me. you see, near my home at Vashta region post, an old friend of mine (who i believe is banned, and has been banned for a very very long time) built a stupid monument, with no reason for it except to take up space, and has claimed the monuments and the area surrounding. one of the three monuments is not claimed however, but i didn't want to take it down and later realise i was not allowed to do so. these structures are right in the way of my building plans, they always have been, but i've not done anything about it until now. so my question is this: could you give me permission/the power to remove it, could you move it elsewhere, or is there nothing you can do to help me?

If there is a build by another player you would like removed, just stand by it/in it and type: "/helpme please remove this build, as the player has not been online in months/banned months ago/built inside my walled off area/too close to my build" (y'know, delete as appropriate or add other reasons). A Guardian can then take a look and make a decision on if it can be removed.
