Banned, without knowing how

Hum. My ign is appollon41.
I've been banned, for having stolen some diamonds (Zed said it was some diamonds.)
To be honest, I'll tell you what did I do. I was building a mobtower (mobtrap) with dirt. I had not lots of dirt, so I asked Forseth if he did. And yes, he had some spare dirt for me. So I gave him a rendez vous at spawn, he told me foresthills Warp. So I went there. I was waiting for him,running jumping, and spamming right click with my sword everywhere while I was jumping and running. (Hope you understand me.) I opened a chest, and.. I may have taken an item, cause I was right clicking. I closed the chest by pressing escape by reflex. And I've been sent in jail and banned..
I don't really understand what happened.. and.. I think you know I'm not a stealer. I've been on the server during arround 48 hours I believe.. I built huge things, helped lots of players.. why would I steal something I don't need.. erf.. I really like this server. I'm not a kiddie enough to steal. Please.. please. Don't be to bad with me.. I didn't steal anything, or at least wanting it..

Don't think its necessary but I'm confirming what he said. He needed dirt for a build and I had a bunch of it. On my way to give it to him, he got banned for stealing.

I understand that it is boring waiting for another player, but that does not give you permission to right click on another player's build just for something to do. One of the reasons that our server is successful is because we have very strict rules and guidelines. While w accept that you have been a good community member since your arrival, we do not accept poor behaviour on either of our servers. On this occasion I will unban you. Please do not enter any builds that are not yours without permission or open any chest that you have not personally placed or been given express permission to open. Welcome back.
