Newbie sent to jail then banned inaccusingly.

I had just logged on for the first time and read the rules when i miss-clicked and broke a block at spawn. I was then sent to jail and didn't know how to get out. I was speaking in chat and all of a sudden I got banned! My friend asked some of the players to un-ban me and they were very rude and denied. My friend and I immediately left the server because of this. I hope in the future this server's members will be more friendly. Also, I hope that they will understand miss-clicks.

I was on the server LVS at the time when you "broke a block at spawn". As a new player it is quite difficult to break a block, it takes several hits, so it is unlikely that you broke the sign above you head by accident. By breaking glass you had no intention of replacing it.
The other players on line were not rude to your friend. Several of them including me gave the website address so that you could appeal on this forum.
We get a constant stream of new players who think it is fun to "test" spawn or spoil the game experience for our regular players. We have measures in place to prevent this grief. Players, as you found out are sent to "jail" where they will have the opportunity to talk and for us to give advice about how to get out of jail. After a while jailed players are automatically banned. Players do not have the power to prevent those in jail from being banned.

i'm sorry that i broke a block at spawn. i'm being completely honest right now, it was not done on purpose. i was not "testing" anything. please let me back on the server
