I got banned for Stealing...

Hello, I'm Towermage2000, and I've referred two friends to your server over the last few days. I built a tower next to C3's town, and when I logged on today, I had been banned for thievery. My friends tell me that I got banned because someone stole C3's gold and stored it in chests in my tower. This is all I know about it, and I'd like to know if you'll give me the benefit of the doubt this time. I promise, nothing like this will happen again.

I didn't steal. I went to go and join today, and I had been banned while I was offline. I've referred two friends to the server in the few days I've been a part of this community, and one of them told me I was banned because someone stashed stolen gold in my tower that I had built. That's all I know. I can't exactly prove my case either, since I was offline when all of this happened, so I'm really hoping you can give me the benefit of the doubt here. I'd like to start again.

Also, C3 took down my tower and stole all my friend's items after the fact. The chest even had my friend's name on it.

There were 3 stacks of items in particular in your tower's chests that caught our attention. We found exactly 2 stacks of iron and 1 stack of gold, and I happened to have noticed a large amount of missing iron from my chests. It was only logical to investigate you and your friend, being that you two were the most likely to be guilty.

After viewing the logs, we had sufficient evidence for you helping yourself to my resources, specifically chests with signs that said, verbatim, "These chests are PRIVATE" and "Do NOT take!"



After you were banned, Zed gave me permission to both destroy your tower (which was way too close to the city anyways) and take any items from said tower. He can confirm the validity of this screenshot if he so desires:



Now, the server rules do state that stealing is not allowed. People are caught and banned for stealing every day on this server. What did you expect?

I didn't expect anything because I didn't steal. I can't provide any evidence because I wasn't online when I got banned. Also, just because a few of your items went missing and we have items like those in our chests doesn't mean we stole them. And, do you really think we would be stupid enough to hide stolen items less than 40 feet away from the place we supposedly stole them from? I'm not that stupid.
