i have been wrongly accused

i was banned for stealling due to letting my 6 year old brother play with my computer on the server. he took 3 diamonds from a chest and before i could stop him i was sent to jail for stealing
my username is blueumbreon and i am requesting an appeal. i have been using the server for 2 months. it is my favorite and i have tried to contribute in the best way i can. i have helped many new players by donating new gear and armor as well as being a zedling. i love this server and it's friendly staff and want to continue playing on it. i have a house on forest hills and have used the markets many times, thus contributing in another way. i have great memories of this server and have made many friends on this server. i'm sure many people would vouch for my pardon. i will understand if i am banned for life. i want another chance.

On this occasion I will unban you. Please do not let your six year old brother play on your account, as you can see where it may lead you. Please empty your pockets or the stolen items or you will not be able to leave jail.

thank you so much. i was only letting him play because it was his birthday. he really loves to play. so i'm deciding to save up and buy him his own account. this won't happen again. where do i place the stolen items

That happened to me a few days ago, except for my little sister did it, whereas I do not have a brother.
