After a long chat with haggisboy69, during which he expressed his apology in more detail, it has been decided to let him back onto LVS. There has been a consequence for his behaviour, and the matter is now closed.

Whilst I have faith that Haggis would never abuse his position on LVS to hurt any one player or the community, his time as a Zriend on LVS has ended. Zriends should be model citizens on Zedwork, acting as an example to other for how to behave in our community. The language and behaviour in this incident run contrary to that. Whilst I understand the circumstances leading up to it, this is not the kind of example we would like to give.

I would like to thank Haggis for the time he has put in to helping others in the community, I look forward to seeing him back on Zedwork ^_^
