^^ That is the definition of harassment, to which I was banned for, where in the logs did I harass anyone? (To whom ever Guardian to see it, whether it be LadyBountiful, or Zedwick).

Darade, taking on another players identity is not acceptable. Inserting an underscore, removing an underscore or otherwise adjusting their name to claim it is not technically the same characters used in their MC username does not alter your intention: to take on his persona. Obviously, we would not allow you to continue using his persona on our servers, upon further reflection I have banned you across Zedwork to avoid further confusion amongst players who do not solely play on LVS.

You will not be unbanned whilst you retain a name related to Khas', or any other member of our community's, identity. A proper investigation beyond that is underway, and I will give you an answer as to whether you may return after a name change.

Ok, I am in admittance that I did take on his persona, but later clarified who I was, me and you both have logs to prove it, my intention wasn't to play on the server as him the whole 30 days, as I wanted to play a quick joke on skullometer. Also if that was my intentions, why would I have told a guardian (LadyBountiful), to whom I was? Also, nowhere did it state in any rules, that we are not allowed to impersonate, or change our names to another persons name (with adding an underscore or altering the name), I am sick and tired of these lame excuses you have, for the reason you have banned me, when in fact nothing I did was against the rules at that date and at that time, it was clearly me, if you would of checked my IP (Internet Protocol) it would have been obvious, you guys need to get a better grip on your server, and stop putting blame on me, just because something wasn't "acceptable" in your eyes doesn't make it against the rules, unless it is on the rules on the sign at spawn, and on the command '!info rules', that being said, you need to realize you both are at fault now, not me, I did nothing against the rules at that time.

It is against the rules to cause grief to others, which taking their identity without their permission surely would do. Taking on another players' identity for a minimum of 30 days, if not longer, does not constitute a "quick joke".

It is clear you are looking to push the boundaries for what you can get away with under your interpretation of the rules, and are dedicated to avoid taking any responsibility for your actions. Until you can show some amount of understanding and remorse for how your actions may have affected your fellow Zedlings you will not be returning.

I normally don't stick my nose where it doesn't belong, but I have to say something. I think the behavior shown by Darade through these posts has been rude and despicable. Lady and Zed work really hard to protect everybody's rights and the way Darade has been calling them out is just wrong. As the Guardians, and one of them being the owner, I believe they have the right to amend the rules as they see fit to protect everybody and make sure that they feel safe playing on Zedowrk servers. Darade's joke may have been all in fun, but they way you've been treating your ban appeals is ridiculous. You are asking for them to unban you and yet you are rude and insulting throughout the process. That's really the way to get somebody to believe that you can behave properly. Maybe I shouldn't have said anything, but this is my two cents on the issue.

Kayzee your input was wise, but you are not, if you were treated the way I was you would truly understand, this being my 3rd ban, also unjustified, why should I respect the people who do not respect me? I had to asskiss to get back on the server, and I will not do it again, I am tired of saying sorry for their mistakes.

As previously stated I don't care if I am unbanned, because this server isn't just, and neither it's pathetic owners, that go on little whiny power trips.

I apologize if I'm out of line by commenting on this, but it's clear you don't care about this server or its players enough to remotely accept any responsibility or even attempt to understand why you were banned. You dance around the issue instead of acknowledging the issues of having an imitation name for 30 days, and then continue to disrespect the people who run the server you enjoy on a regular basis. Your first 2 bans seem to be because of careless actions. Zed and LB have been more than fair by lifting your bans, and continuing to investigate the incidents, which isn't necessarily a quick chore. You try to play the victim, but you insult everyone around you in the same breath. If this is how you act, I wouldn't like to see you back.

Sorry, but its nothing to do with me, but Grip if you don't like the way you're being treated, treat people the way you want to be treated, as it's very disrespectful towards the owners, Even if it doesn't state in the rules that "Taking another persons name" Isnt in there, it's still a bannable offense. Khas could feel angry about it, same as i would if someone took my name and pretended to be me even if they said who they was, you dont have permission to go around playing "a little joke" like that, the way you're speaking is disgusting if you don't like whats happened, you just don't comment, or take it to Private messages. Chat logs or not if Zedwick or LadyBountiful feel asif its a bannable case then that's the final answer.

Grip I haven't come on here to give you any disrespect, but I have to agree with Lady and Zed + everyone else who has commented on here. You have been rude and disrespectful to not only the Admins, but to people on the server. You have broken the rules before by breaking into people's builds without permission (like my password door which you could have broken). Also not to mention the times you have sworn at me in chat by avoiding the filter. I know this is not related but these are MY reasons as to why I think Zed and Lady are right to ban you. Also taking someone else's name can be seen as an attempt to get the real person in trouble, so I have to agree with them.
