Ban appeal Trap

Hello there,
So I just join your server but I didnt know that if you grab a item from a chest they will ban you, well the story is this, I join and there was a chest saying "Free diamonds" So I grab the diamonds and they banned me.

There are no chests with signs of "free diamonds". I double checked amd all were as they should be. There are however, signs giving our rules, which I would hope that you would read before leaving the spawn room. We also have a huge floating sign which says "we rely on trust".
