[LVS] Forest Hills. Former showcase district.

Hey!

Ive been thinking about the area in Forest hills called showcase district. It hasn't been a success (neither for the previous mayor or me) so I decided to tear it down. Instead, now there is a big area of unused land for new player (or old) to build on. It holds no rules except the regular rules of Forest Hills and that I want the road to remain as it is, where it is. So spread the word and if anyone is looking for a place to build, you can point them there.

I will be planting some trees there, both for resources and for decoration. If you feel its to barren, feel free to join in and decorate the place.
