Jungle Mayor
Swaylight expressed interest in renovating the old Jungle Warp area. I will try to get in contact with BengalBoi (current mayor) to see if he plans on coming back to renovate. If not, I will post an mayoral application thread followed by a poll thread with each applicant.
Forest Hills
Forseth has expressed his intention to breathe new life into Forest Hills: cleaning up old builds, putting up new decoration, etc. Forseth has decided to appoint a co-mayor, and will announce them at the next meeting or sooner! Overworld Rail System
Darthduck has begun building an overworld rail system connecting some of the larger non-warp cities! He will not connect to any new player areas to avoid giving griefers an easy ride to people's builds.
Warp Cycle
Dax proposed that the oldest 2 warps in the cycle currently (Extreme Hills and Swamp) should be switched every so often. After much discussion, it was decided that it ought to stay as it is currently: White warps cycle through to Zedling Warps and then are retired.
Alternative Elytra Source
Boffin suggested that an Elytra should drop when the dragon is killed to compensate for how thoroughly explored the End is. Zed had actually been privately pondering this, and possibly resetting random parts of the Outer End (2048 blocks away from the middle of the center island). The council voiced their opinion that the dragon ought to have a relatively rare drop chance for an Elytra and a Dragon Head.
