I been banned (Marco:Lobby Server)

I fully admit to fly and freecam around the lobby server to explore and see everthing i also took items form the chests even though must were mostly empty.I do know that rules still fully apply on the lobby server but i did not think i was gonna get a big punishment for it such as being banned form just the lobby sence thats what usally appens.I have posted a simular topic like this about 6 days ago and i still havent seen anyone allow it or anything of sorts.I couldn't access my old one i whanted to talk to one of the guardians to reset my password ect becuase i tried to reset it but it would not let me in either way.I whanted to use that one but it didnt work.I hope i will be unbanned and i promiss i learned my lesson.I just really whant to get back on the server because its been my favorite for a while and i just whant to build and everthing.I really whant to come back on the server and play with my friends.I also appologize again about the Funky thing.I really hope i can come back on the server sence its been almost 7 days sence i found out that i was banned.Like i said before i just really whant to come back!!!

Although it may not necessarily be my place to comment here, I would like to mention that you blatantly used modz in the lobby. On a number of occasions I recall you talking about them on BOTH servers, therefore we are unsure how frequently you may have used them in the past on either ZZ or LVS.

You also repeatedly ask questions to the point of harassment, and even continue asking far beyond that point, when we say no every single time to them. One particular instance is when I was digging in my "secret" base, and found you purposefully snooping around and attempting to trespass. Frankly, I didn't trust you prior to this, and I definitely don't trust you now.

Again, I don't know if it's my place, but as one who personally has been a victim of a number of harassment claims as well as submitting the formal accusation for using modz, I felt it was my time to put in my two cents, whether or not this makes me sound cold-hearted or not.

The issue I take with anyone who's caught hacking, is regardless of what you say there is no proof that you haven't tried to use these hacks in other place, in this case the main servers. It's commonly known that certain hacks don't trigger anti-cheats and any and all ability to trust you has gone out the window.

While not directly related to this incident of why you were banned, you have always had incidents in which you have made comments in the chat directed towards certain players and made them uncomfortable to the point they left. I personally believe you're not sorry for what you did to Funky as after that night you never once apologized to him, instead waiting until you're banned to try and get some brownie points by saying it.

Finally, while I haven't reported you directly for it, I know potentially of someone who has for your annoyance up until the point of harassment in which you'll keep asking to come to someones base, over and over again until that person either breaks and lets you or they leave. In a case they stay strong willed enough not to let you into their base, you'll take it upon yourself to either drop by anyway if you know where it is, or you'll start snooping hubs and tunnels trying to find that person's base. I can provide chat logs of you doing such things to ABParadigm when you were told first by myself who was helping him out that you weren't invited by him so you're not allowed to come, then again for the rest of the night on several occasions where you just kept asking and even went snooping in tunnels, asking ABParadigm questions about where his place could potentially be.

As others have stated above, we now know that you use mods on Zedwork. You are confirmed to have been flying on the lobby, collecting the parkour rewards in bulk from all of the islands, without legitimately completing the parkours. Even flying up to inaccessible islands to take items out of the chests there. How can we trust that you have not been using those mods on the servers you connected to in order to transfer across to the lobby? How can we know that you did not use other mods which come as standard in the "hack clients" popular among griefers like Xray, forcefield or any other mod which gives you an advantage whilst robbing other players who would have gathered those resources legitimately.

We've also heard complaints from multiple other members of our community, and not just those above, regarding your behaviour on the server. Your chat behaviour has, at times, been offensive to other players, or simply making them uncomfortable when they have asked you to stop. At other times you have invaded a player's personal space, or visited them uninvited and refused to leave when asked to do so (breaking our no trespassing rule).

With all of the above in mind, we are not prepared to welcome you back into our community at this time.

I'm not entirely sure when Marco got caught, but it couldn't have been long since this conversation.

I don't think there is much more that I can add other than the fact that Marco knew he wasn't allowed to use it.

While not you admitting you use hacked client, you clearly admit to owning them. 1.12.2 obviously means 1.11.2 which means you could have potentially been hacking before this incident for a long time.
