I got Banned...Can anyone tell me the reason

I got Banned for the second time!!!...and this time I really don't know the reason to it cause after my first ban I just became really really careful...LB & Zed pls help I don't wanna quit this server I have really nice friends and I like playing here a lot.Pls tell me the reason why I m banned?

First of all this didn't happen at all or it must be a sign reading mistake...and if this has happened can u please tell me briefly which shop and who's shop it was?..I have also seen many chests with wrong payment u guys should understand that people sometimes make mistakes when they don't mean to!!

This is not the first time you had not paid correctly for items from the market, as you were previously banned for the same offence. In your last appeal you can be quoted as saying:

As you guys say that your server relies on trust, please trust on me and let me back on I will never do the mistake I have done...

You were afforded the opportunity to return, as we trusted your word.

We have also had other complaints about your behaviour on the server, even something which I would class as stealing where you intentionally broke into a shop which had been closed off, with the door barricaded, in order to buy items which were clearly not for sale. In your defense you did pay for these items. However, it is clear you cannot be trusted to honour the trust given to you and so we would be apprehensive to offer you that trust again.

Hey Zed...I think this is from Zaharia's shop cause she Is the only one that sells fireworks for iron, when I was buying fireworks that day, I thought that they were for 3 stacks for 6i I think so thats why I payed that much...I hav always bought things from that shop...I hav bought like on double chest of nether brick and lots of concreat etc. and hav never had issues...I always buy frm that shop cause I had a ton of iron at that moment...I think this Is just a mistake by me and has no intension of griefing
and I till date remember what I had said the last time I had got banned and from then I had tried to become really careful in every thing...
I really want to be back on this servers I had no intension of doing this and I also agree that it was my mistake not completely understanding the shop sign and paying in a rush...

Mistakes happen sometimes...when gob got banned for the first time,it was due to lag,not a mistake of his.but this time,he made a mistake and he admits it.many people make mistakes like this.in the matter of trust,he once accidentally took a creeper head from a shop and died with it when going back to get the payment(he told LB about it).Even when the blutopians said he doesn't need to return the heads as they have many of their own,he still found a charged creeper,and put the head back in the shop instead of keeping it for himself.please try and understand mistakes are made,he has great friends on the server like me,entity,funky,etc.please reconsider his ban.

You being banned from the server because of Market problems isn't new, You were banned originally for theft and claimed it was due to lag.

You broke into my ender store when it was clearly closed off and signed as such, then you gave me a half baked explanation of "having to full fill orders" Which to me sounds like you're buying my things and reselling it somewhere else, which if that is the case I'll never let you enter my end store again, I don't sell that armour to make massive profit, I sell it to help people who have just got zedling and or who have died. Reselling it at a higher price in a sense is extremely scummy. You've also accumulated a bad stigma for trying to drive down prices of items to resell, I personally have proof of you trying to this and while it's not against the rules, we're a community that help each other and your actions seem to be anti that.

Getting to this second incident where once again you've been banned for a market issue, I find it really hard to believe anything you say as your previous actions are a clear indication as to where your mind is when it comes to other peoples stuff and rules. I feel you need time that your actions have consequences and no matter how much people say "It's fine" eventually you'll have to pay for your crimes.

Final quick note: Gumplaying, you always comment on Gobble's ban appeals with a "He's a great guy story" but I feel you're only doing that because you're his friend. You may or may not be aware of his attitude towards diamonds and other currencies in the game but choose to ignore it. I feel anything you say could be considered massively biased. Also, taking an item from the market and then leaving the market, even if you intend to return to pay, shouldn't even be a thought in your mind, the "head" he was going to buy wasn't going anywhere, it's not like they were going to be sold out that instant, he could have easily have left it in the chest and then come back with diamonds to pay. In my personal opinion, I feel the minute you leave the market with any item you haven't paid for, regardless of whether or not you intend to return to pay, You're a thief. While I don't like to compare to real life, you wouldn't walk into a store, pick up something and leave with it and say "Oh well I'm going to come back and pay for it later, dw about it".

I personally never ever gave you any such permission to not pay us back. I was never aware that you stole from us. I have not heard any such news from any of the other Blues, and I highly doubt they would allow you to do this. I completely condemn your actions, and would like it if neither of you shopped at our store any longer. I would love a Creeper Head back in return, but seeing the ban status, it doesn't seem likely now.

HOMINIX,the creeper head was returned. Also i know about Gob's attitude towards diamonds etc. and always tell him to be careful in the market when buying stuff but he never listens >.> Honestly when he was banned for the first time it was really because of lag,but this time it is COMPLETELY his own folly.I reccommend if he's unbanned he should be banned from entering the market to prevent such incidents(well,gob's also quite an idiot IRL lol).
