Halloween Party

1. LadyBountiful organises a skin contest. Details about this can be found in a separate forum post. You can win prices with this!

2. Zed will make log-in messages that will inform us about the Halloween event/skin-contest.

3. Spawn will be decorated in Halloween style. IProblanchard and BigBuilderAl will coordinate this in a separate forum post. Below are some ideas that were mentioned during the meeting.

- Jack 'o lanterns

- Armor stands with pumpkin heads

- Pumpkin pie shop

- Cobwebs

4. A haunted forest will be created. IProblanchard and BigBuilderAl will also manage this (See the forum post about this). Ideas for this forest are:

- Armor stands that look like creepers/skeletons etc.

- Traps (that only scare the players and do not kill them!)

- Covered lava pits

- Cobwebs

- Music (the broken disk)

- the forest will be maze-like

- Zed will apply the blindness effect

- Zed will make a warp to this forest

- IProblanchard and BigBuilderAl will make sure there will be a main place in the forest where the party can take place.

5. gun_smoke_pro will make a treasure hunt in the nether (or in the forest?). There will be a very nice reward.


Market

Probably a dome will be built around the market to protect it from thiefs for once and for all.


General Notice Room

Not many people seem to read the notification board between the portals in the nether hub. Therefore a separate notification room will be made where also information about the council meeting will be displayed. Sneakyskeleton21 can hopefully assign a nice place where this can be done.


Council meeting

1. Zed will make log-in messages that inform about the upcoming council meeting (time and place).

2. Zed will make a portal to the council meeting place.

3. Notebooks will be stored somewhere in Bengals council room. Bengal will take notes from previous meetings to the council meeting if he attends.


Nominations

Flipje2Go was nonimated to be council member and he was unanimously voted in.
