Removing Banned Player's Builds

Ipro's idea was the removal of banned/inactive players builds to make space for new builds. This would cover thier bases as well as builds at spawn/warps, which can be removed by Zedwick or a mayor respectively. Zedwick agrees with this proposal for banned players; it should have guardian control. It was decided that materials from these removed builds would be used to repair spawn after greifing attacks. Gemini has a place to keep the materials to repair spawn. It was decided that this would be done with requests on a post in the Issues forum. The post will explain the rules of posting there. Coords of build to be removed, its owner, and reason will be needed to make a demolition request.


Low Mob Spawns

Dax wanted to discuss low mob spawn rates due to mc-2536, where server side render distance reduces mob spawns when set below 10. The server currently has render distance 7, and this will not be raised at the moment because the server is working very hard. This could change if more is donated to the server, which could upgrade to a better computer to run it on.


Nether Pillars

Forseth has cleared parts of the nether of pillars. He will keep at it.


Inactivity

Bartman51, wperks, werble and lilweeph have all exceeded 4 meetings absent.

Bartman51 has had pc issues, and posted this at the start of his inactivity. It was decided that for members who are unable to play due to computer/medical issues will need to post every 4 meetings to keep thier position. Bartman has until next week with this new system. Ie, Serious Medical Conditons/PC problems have an extra week to give absence and their request restarts their count.

Wperks, werble and liweeph have been removed for inactivity.


Nominations

Congratulations to Forseth and ScarySpider21, who were voted into the council. 2 new members were chosen this meeting as there have been many lost in the past two meetings.


Next Meeting Host

Next Meeting has been postponed to the 11th of April and ScarySpider21 will host it at 8PM GMT
