Echo, Grim and Ipro have gone over 4 strikes and are removed for inactivity.
Please can we actually do this section, ommiting strikes makes it difficult to keep up to date with who is actually on the council, and how many spaces we have left.
Resignations
Lilweeph and Werble23 announced thier resignation on the forums before the meeting. This was not discussed in the meeting, and regulations state resignations must be recognised in the meeting, which we can do next time.

Only 6 members present two of which were standing. Will be put to poll on forums to be posted by Suzie1.
Council Regulations
A number of council regulations need confirming.
Only 1 new member per meeting.
Confirmed. In the past this has been a little vauge, with occasionally two people being voted in.
Council Members must be nominated and endorsed by atleast 2 council members, and hold the majority vote in a meeting to be officially voted in as a council member.
Updated. Now a person in the election must achive 3 votes to win a seat in the council.
Only current members of The Council may vote on topics, including elections, unless otherwise allowed by the council.

All Zedlings may attend council meetings, but are asked not to speak unless allowed by The Council.
Confirmed, but should be loosly enforced.
Market Chests
Laurens is not very active, it would be useful to have someone to manage to day to day running of the market.
They would be an assistant, and Laurens would still be in charge and the assistant would not be able to change the market without Laurens approval.
A new person would be elected to do this, rather than give the task to present Zreinds who are bogged down with other things. Zed and LadyB would not vote on this, leaving it to the council. However, ThatNurd Suzie1 and Hominix stood leaving only Dax23333 and Earthcow to vote.
Postponed until next meeting.
World Reset due to overly rich players
The council is against a world reset. Any imbalances in the richness of players would dissapear quickly due to some people playing more than others, and it would lose many players.
The Great Treasure Hunt
My treasure hunt is nearing completion, it is in the final testing and polishing stage now.
There will be a grand opening on the 21st of November at 3:30pm GMT![1]
Zurvival Launch Party!
Zz had had a declining player base in recent times, a relaunch is in order!
There will be a Zz launch party next weekend on the Zz server (mc.zedwork.co.uk).
Everyone is invited!
There will be readily available mini games joinable from both servers. They will be hostable by Zesties at any time, even after the party has finished!
Next weeks build off will be hosted over on Zz, and the Zz protectors will judge it.
New command suggestion
Suzie1, RageSquid and ThatNurd suggested a !wordsspoken command to see who is most chatty.
Zedwick thinks this will be possible, but would be a message count not word count.
Zedwick also revealed he would like to implement a !howfunnyami command which counts the number of times lol/haha/hoho and so on appear after your messages.
Both of these are put on the end of Zed's rather large todo list.

ZaiboT_ and Raysun were nominated. Raysun was elected to council, congratulations!
Next Meeting Host
RageSquid is going to host next meeting on the 21st of November at the usual time, 8pm GMT.
