End Food Farm Entrance

Topic asked where BigBuilderAl was planning to put the entrance to the end food farm. It is up to him to disclose location and if he needs help. It was decided some of the clutter around the end farm entrance tunnel should be moved.

Anti Bullying System

Incidents where a person feels they are being bullied should be reported to a guardian, otherwise nothing can be done about it. If you see others bullied/are told by another player about their bullying, it is best to report it to the Guardians. While offenders are usually punished, there was concern that there was lack of support for victims. Can we, as a community, make an effort to reach out privately to anyone who may have suffered to check on them? We don't want people to have to suffer the aftermath alone.

Guardians (and Zriends) are always up to talk if you feel you need it. Much as people on Zedwork would want to help if possible none of us (probably) are psychotherapists or councillers. There are other places that offer support for anti-bullying, mental health, domestic violence etc. It was suggested that links to places like this are put in guardian broadcasts or a ! command. Zed will have some research to do on global recources for this.

In addition, some chat topics can be very sensitive areas for people. Mentioning this can sometimes be the best way to avoid such areas, if you want you could ask a Guardian/Zriend to ask for you. Remember that the reasons people are sensitive to certain topics will not usually be know, and that things happening in thier lives may have caused it. (Dax note: I will say this has affected me before, with a perfectly reasonable topic hitting a raw nerve)


Nether Farm Decoration

Proposal refined from last meeting, it was suggested to style each room of the nether farm as video game scenes. HOMINIX now has control of this area since Suzie left the server, and the council would need to ask his permission to do this. Ideas include Minecraft, Halo, Space Invaders, Pac-Man, BridgeWars, Ninjas Vs Pirate Zombies and Legend Of Zelda. (Dax note: I would like to add Monster Hunter to this list. And Pokemon.)

Memerys Riddle

Where sight flies high, then drops down low and other players have yet to go This place you seek, where sadness hides is where the prizes will reside (Dax note: This is part of the hunt for Blutopia, which has now finished.)


Next meeting and nominations

Next meeting is hosted by Swayed_Light. Cactusus was elected onto the council.
