One227- End farm upgrades
One was concerned about the slow ender pearl disposal at the Ender-Ender and asked if anything could be done to speed it up.
Dax22223 said that he was usually responsible for editing the farm and had in the past slowed the farm's disposal speed because of complaints about lag and dispenser noise. Dax said he would look into adjusting the clock.
Lava was suggested as an option for manual disposal. It was stated that there used to be a fire but that players keep putting the fire out.
Cheesebob64- World Border Expansion
Cheesebob64 asked if the world border could be expanded to allow for exploration related to 1.11 updates. It was stated that the world border is currently at 22k.
Zedwick reported that plans to expand the border are on hold due to a lack of server disc space. Zedwick has chosen a smaller faster hardware option which reduces lag and so he will need to shuffle some files around in order to accommodate the expansion of borders for both LVS and Zz.
One227 - Management of inactive shops in Nether Hub
One227 pointed out that several of the shops in the mall area of the spawn nether hub have become inactive. One227 proposed that any of these shops owned by players that have been inactive for three months be closed and the shop spaces designated to other more active players.
Zedwick commented that management of the nether hubs and market is up to the Zriends.
Zriends countered that there is no existing guideline for closing these shops.
Zedwick mandated that any player not active since the !lastseen system was updated (October 3, 2016) could have their shop closed. This standard met with the approval of all.
Zriends said they could now take action on these shops.
One227 - Grief Relief Storage
One227 asked if there exists an area where items for spawn grief relief are stored, and if not could such be created.
Concerns were raised about this kind of storage area being raided by Zookies so it was suggested that storage be located in the hub or market area.
Zriends offered space in the market, and also proposed dedicating an unused hub slot on the top floor of the spawn hub. The council preferred the hub slot suggestion.
Zriends said they would set something up.
Forseth - End has Loot
Forseth reports that he continues to find lootable End cities and encourages all Zedlings not to be discouraged. They are out there, and not too far out.
Forseth also states that he will soon post in the forum a guide to searching the End, for those who have had no luck.
Zedwick - Zedling Come Dine with Me
Zedwick and LadyBountiful were inspired by the success of the Christmas Dinner Party and presented a new idea. They proposed a year long series of dinner parties where the guests score the hosts, based of a British television program called "Come Dine with Me"
There will be four seasons of competition. Zedling hosts for each dinner create a menu, entertainment and a dining hall with enough seating for guests ( there were 24 attendees at the Christmas Dinner Party). Guests will then score each party on a scale of one to ten to determine a winner.

ACERPROSPY - Blutopia subway expansions
Acer addressed Zriends present and volunteered to work on the yellow and red lines for the Blutopia subway project. He received approval and encouragement from the Zriends.

The Council nominated Werble as a new member and Werble was voted in without contest.

A moment of silence was held in which everyone was encouraged to !vote and someone was encouraged to !fail.
Next Meeting
Werble will host the next council meeting Jan 14, 2017. (The next meeting would have fallen on New Years Eve and so was postponed to the next regularly scheduled date.)
