Quote of today's meeting...

"The octopus does not like internal pyrotechnics" - Spectatre

ch-ch-ch-ch-changes - Forseth

Starting it off is, as is customary with new updates, talk about what we're going to do come 1.16. The question: how will we handle the new update? Generally it was suggested that we'd have very little content, before ABP stepped in and informed everyone that the current area in the nether that we use is a very small fraction of the terrain we have. The world border in the overworld is at 22k, as is the one in the end. The one in the nether is also 22k, but due to how the nether works, we only use 3k of it. This means we will have roughly 16k blocks from the end of a border tunnel to the closest world border. There was concerns about renewability of materials as well, but it was generally agreed that the update isn't nearly finished enough to decide on what we will need to do to obtain new content. Zed also said he was willing to introduce a regenerative script, similar to the end, for the nether. We'll talk about this later, as the update gets more finalized. Stay tuned!

dax wants to take us to hell, yaaay! - Dax23333

Dax wanted to inform everyone of a project he wants to build come 1.16. This would be a nether town, which would be VERY far out. If you'd like to help or be a part of it, let Dax know!

commands, calculations, and casulaties- iij2000x

A quick talk about the ! commands, and what some people would like to see. HOMINIX said he would love to see a !nearestwarp command, which essentially works how !nearesthub works, but with the overworld. ABP wanted everyone to know you could utilize !nearesthub, then calculate the coordinates the !nearesthub command spits out with !calc overworld (x, y, z). This essentially does the same thing, and could help you find your way back to the warp if you're stuck.

zed the wick - Zedwick
