We started off the meeting in stunned silence and discussed the previous visits made to Anzard. It was concluded that the last visit was between a couple of months and half a decade…Wow.
Topics
Hide and seek - Zedwork edition
Dax kicked off the topics reminiscing about previous antics that he and Sneaky had experienced within the walls of Anzard. I say “antics” it was in fact one antic in particular: a large game of hide and seek that involved players… hiding and then being sought! Dax proposed that this activity be organised around the server as a fun activity.
He offered up Auroluto as a potential location for battle. Much discussion was had about theoretical rules and because no one wanted to discuss changing voting rules for the 10th time, people were happy to let this chat wander about for a while.
Dax suggested that the first game take place this upcoming wednesday at 8:30pm BST. He will put up a forum post when this is finalised so watch this space and if this word here is a hyperlink then the forum thread was probably made.
iij2000x Announcement - His new shop at Spawn Market!
iiJ, deliightful player and teehee enthusiiast, has recently opened a shop iin the Spawn Market. The shop iin questiion contaiins many iinteresting features such as: Barrels that are named wiith the priice of the iitems contaiined wiithiin the barrel, a uniique shiip shape and a lovely cat iin the crows nest that protects you from phantoms! Stop on by and spend your diiamonds!
Zednouncements
Zed locked the doors before announcing the new server available - Plotzy is a creative mode building server open to Zedlings and above! You can access it by using /leave to go to the lobby, then going through the oak log portal!
Mellorian has put together a book to help you with worldedit commands, which you can access by typing /library on the plotzy server.
Casual Buildathon (n+1) is coming up in just over a week! Log on and build stuff and make others feel feelings when they look at your build. 4pm BST on 26th April
Nominations
Next up is nomination time! Danny asked all willing victims to submit to the divine rule of bureaucracy. To pass the time, Spec suggested a conga line to lift everyone's spirits in this trying time. What happened next was nothing short of magic.[Insert unskippable 30 second ad here]. Without a word, the council proceeded to conga in Spec-tacular fashion around the room several times. It was beautiful, here’s a screenshot:
Sadly, no one wanted to devote their lives to us this time, so we moved on…
