While not easy, the game mostly uses vanilla PvE mechanics and so should be quite easy to understand.

===Soldier===
+
With neutral effects the soldier is a class suited to melee and ranged combat. Their ability, Battle Rally, gives them and nearby teammates an attack and speed boost while it is active and also refreshes the Soldiers signature Fire Bomb. The Fire Bomb can be thrown and explodes where it lands, dealing heavy fire and wither damage to enemies caught in the blast. Soldiers Fire Bomb is replaced with a barrier to reserve the hotbar slot on use, the barrier is replaced with a new Fire Bomb when the class ability is used.

===Chef===

Chef is the healer of Dungeon Dash, using thrown profiteroles to restore allies health. Their ability places a barbecue that regenerates health of nearby allies, as well as producing food that restores health or gives strength. Chef class has faster movement speed than normal, but does less damage with melee hits. Chefs profiteroles are replaced with a barrier to reserve the hotbar slot on use, the barrier is replaced with new profiteroles when the class ability is used.

Focusing on all-out damage, the berserker class trades armor rating for a permanent attack boost. Their ability provides resistance and even more damage, eliminates all knockback and instantly restores 6 hearts.

===Hunter===

The ranged specialist of Dungeon Dash, the hunter class starts with an bow and has quicker movement speed than normal. They do less damage with melee attacks, but have an infinite supply of arrows to use with whichever bows they find in the dungeon. Their ability places a trap that lays in wait until an enemy steps on it, at which point it bursts out of the ground and kills monsters in a radius around it.

===Mage===

Mage class uses summoning to provide a combat edge. Their ability summons an iron golem to deal heavy damage to monsters in the dungeon, as well as reloading thier signature Ice Bomb. The Ice Bomb can be thrown to freeze enemies solid, making them unable to move or attack until they thaw. Great for picking them off. The class starts with a fireball staff, a bow that shoots fireballs. The more you draw back the string, the greater the power will be! Mages Ice Bomb is replaced with a barrier to reserve the hotbar slot on use, the barrier is replaced with a new Ice Bomb when the class ability is used.

===Tank===

Tank class focuses on defence and shield use. Starting with an unbreakable shield, the tank can block any enemy attack, taking no damage. Boasting increased armor to boost their already very good defense, they do move slower and hit slower. The Tank's class ability, Armor Burst, sets off an explosion around the Tank, which deals massive damage to nearby enemies.

The Witch Class is an extremely versitile class equipped with an arsenal of Potent Brews which can be thrown. The effects of the brew are dependent on the ability, the Soul Trap. The Soul Trap is a projectile launched when the ability is used, and flies straight forward until it hits an enemy or an obstacle. Enemies hit by the Soul Trap take massive damage and give the Witch that fired them a new effect depending on what kind of monster was hit. Effects stack, and up to 3 of them can be kept at once (upgraded to 4 with a class upgrade). You can discard all current effects if you wish by dropping the Brews from the hotbat, like how you would pass an item to a teammate.
