13 When a mayor position becomes vacant in a warp town, a forum post is made allowing people to express their interest in running for the position. Council will endorse candidates from this list, and then a forum poll will be created to determine the winner, unless only 1 candidate is in the running, in which there is no need. In the interim, a caretaker will be appointed to maintain the warp and field player queries.
